I have the pleasure to convey with great deeds being the fruitful outcome of the efforts of all who took part in the building of this lofty organization.

For more than thirty years, this organization has been extending help and assistance to all national and expatriate patients in this young State and by the Grace of God managed to mitigate their sufferings and soothe their pain. In this, we have always been inspired and guided by directions of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
